White Peacock, History and Evolution .
I will add few other pics for proper demonstration in couple days..

I started with couple wild collected males that had a white peacock dot
at upper tail .. Bred them to several females and was able to obtain
few F1 males with white peacock.. I continue to inbreed, and started to
get larger % of males..After several generations was able to establish a strain.. Most of the males produce had peacock trait..

After strain was set , I strarted selecting males with more pattern and
color on tail.. Several generations later , I now have strain that produces
large number of males like the ones on pic..
Any hobbiest that has kept my white peacocks , Should get few similar
looking males.. I have been inbreeding this trait for few years now ...

It is also interesting to see how as the tail pattern evolves makes the fish look completely different from the original wild collected specimens..
The body color has remain similar..

..

Same procedure of selective breeding.

Adrian IF it is possible? Would you be able to post pics in a Time-Line sort of fashion? From the first Peacock with very small dot all the way up to what you have now?
